Claims and cancellation
Your pickup code and QR live in your Claims tab the moment you claim. Screenshot it if you want, it does not expire.
Every claim has a cancellation deadline shown at claim time. Under 2hr window: cancel within 15 min. 2–6hr window: cancel within 30 min. Over 6hr window: cancel within 1 hour. Cancel before it and there is no penalty.
Miss the deadline without cancelling and that is a no-show strike. Strike 1 is a written warning. Strike 2 is a 7-day suspension. Strike 3 means a 30-day suspension and account review. Strikes reset after 60 no-show-free days.
Rate your drop after collection. One to five stars. Your ratings help great kitchens rise in the feed.
